A past to build upon
Mention Koramic and most people immediately think of the roof tile company. It was founded in 1883 in Kortrijk as the “Pottelberg” roof tile factory. Meanwhile, Pottelberg has become the parent company of our group and was renamed Koramic Holding. Back then, one of its primary side activities was to look for suitable land for clay extraction.
This is the reason why over the years, a significant land bank has been built up and at the end of the 1980’s brought together in a separate real estate company called Korimco. These lands are no longer linked to tile-manufacturing operations.
Korimco’s goal was and is to gradually develop real estate activities not related to business activities of the Koramic Group.
Koramic Real Estate was founded through Korimco and is now fully committed in real estate activities.
Koramic Real Estate is a subsidiary of Koramic Investment Group, one of the most significant private investment companies in Belgium.
